SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping Times Orders are shipped with two weeks of the order day.
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
3. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
4. Lost Packages If your tracking has not updated for more than 45 business days, please contact us at info@furrevergrateful.com and we will investigate with our logistics partner.
5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
6. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
